ajc features east point

There was a great article in the Sunday Atlanta Journal Constitution Homefinder today about East Point! The article is very positive about living in East Point, and also features our neighborhood association president, Dustin Drabot. Check it out! The secret's out — East Point is in: Affordable houses, small-town feel spark revival in southside city.

I'm not sure East Point is like Va-Hi was just two years ago, but a good article nonetheless. The city's had some issues recently, so it's nice to see the good points of living here highlighted.

Thanks for sharing! Missed this.

Mike will flip when he sees the date after his name: Mike Baker of ERA the Baker Group has lived in East Point since 1926. “It wasn’t sexy then,” he said with a laugh. “And it certainly wasn’t a destination.”

1926??? LOL.

Good article! I'm sure it'll help to attract some more attention for East Point. Though I agree that Midtown has probably been popular a little longer than 2 years, haha.
